Job Title: Analyst – Commercial Audit

The Analyst – Commercial Audit plays a crucial role within the Center’s audit and compliance function, providing vital support in ensuring that procurement and contract management activities are conducted with integrity, transparency, and in full compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Working under the guidance of senior audit professionals, the Analyst is primarily responsible for conducting detailed audits of procurement processes, contract administration, and related financial activities, specifically in the context of capital projects. These audits are designed to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and legal compliance of procurement and contracting operations, identifying any gaps, risks, or areas for improvement.

The role involves thorough examination and analysis of procurement documentation, contract terms, vendor performance, and financial transactions to ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. The Analyst contributes to evaluating whether procurement practices uphold the principles of fairness, competitiveness, and value for money.

Additionally, the Analyst supports the preparation of audit findings and reports, providing recommendations that promote better controls, improved governance, and enhanced operational performance.
