Job Role / Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence you are expected to analyse, program, maintain, and expand operational reporting, business intelligence (BI), and data warehouse (DW) solutions as part of Business Intelligence Team (BIT) under Global Data and Analytics Office (GDAO) within ICT. You must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills whilst working independently in a global organization with minimal supervision.
Specifically, you will be responsible to;
- create and maintain BI applications whilst gaining in-depth understanding of the existing applications, both the technical and business aspects

design, develop, and support development of reporting framework(s), data warehouse, datasets, ETL packages, dashboards, and analytical reports

participate in all phases of solution development from business requirements, analysis, design, development, and implementation phases

develop and grow understanding and application of Data Modelling and Data Analysis Techniques

work on data management, integration and reporting tools in use including but not limited to SSIS, SSMS, SSRS, IBM Cognos, and Power BI; and be proficient in the same over time

liaison with Business users / Sections / Departments / others to gather and validate requirements for delivery of the results

operate within practices and procedures for smooth functioning of all operational services as per quality standards.
