  Role Overview:

  As a Technical Application Specialist in the Modern Workplace Technology function in Hyderabad, you will be a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain robust solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role focuses primarily on development activities across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse plus Copilot Studio. You’ll collaborate closely with UK peers with the feature team ensuring there is no differentiation between the UK and Indian hub sites in quality and communication.

  In respect of the Smart Automation Lab:

  Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Implement and manage data models using Dataverse and integrate with external data sources.
• Design and deploy intelligent copilots using Copilot Studio to streamline workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other Power Platform developers.
• Share reusable components, templates, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and solution architecture discussions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to organizational governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Monitor and optimize application performance and usage.
• Escalation support to Hyderabad LTC office, with UK team support for feature related issues.

• Requirements:

• Based in Hyderabad office 5 days a week, covering alternating pattern of shifts between 01:00 to 10:30 and 07:30 to 17:00 (BST/GMT).
• Proven experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI & Copilot Studio).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a plus.

• Requirements:

• Act as a coaching model, supporting management in mentoring others.
• Act as an escalation point for development issues
• Depth of experience of the M365 Power Platform Suite

• Technical Skills & Tooling:

• Strong understanding of development with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI & Copilot Studio).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure services.

• Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with PowerShell, Azure Logic Apps, or custom connectors.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
