The Analyst in HR Analytics & Reporting plays a critical role in providing data-driven insights that support strategic HR decisions at Qiddiya Investment Company. This position is instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to enhance workforce planning, performance management, and overall organizational effectiveness. The Analyst ensures timely and accurate reporting of HR metrics, offering insights that influence talent acquisition, retention strategies, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate actionable insights that inform HR strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to identify data needs and deliver targeted analysis to support their objectives.
  • Assist in designing and executing employee engagement surveys and other feedback mechanisms to assess employee sentiment.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of employee turnover and retention trends, providing recommendations to improve workforce stability.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts by analyzing hiring metrics and optimizing recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical guidelines when handling employee information.
  • Present findings and insights to HR leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and enhancements in HR analytics practices.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Knowledge
  • Understanding of HR processes and metrics, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
