JOB PURPOSE

To analyze and resolve HR system issues across different functions of NHC and respond to technical problems that arise abruptly relating to operating systems, devices, application and software to ensure maximum productivity while employing these applications


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Policies, Processes & Procedures:

• Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department systems, processes and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement

• Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes and operating procedures to others

FUNCTION ACCOUNTABILITY

1 Design and maintain expertise in flow of application process and systems related to ERP HR Track

2 Make use of scientific analysis and mathematical models to design and develop various system applications and designs

3 Upgrade interfaces by updating the hardware for better performance of the system

4 Fully responsible to plan, design, implement any solutions related to HR or any third-party systems. In addition, responsible on the integration between any HR system and any other system.

5 Perform analysis on ERP HR application functionality and suggesting improvements required in better system efficiency

6 Manage ticketed query system and ensure comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date

7 Consult with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance

8 Prepare maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the NHC’s systems

9 Establish root cause analysis of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to the Senior Developers

10 Manage code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality

11 Provide technical support relevant to systems, devices, applications and software to teams within the NHC, and to external clients when required

12 Identify and resolve technical issues related to NHC’s systems, devices, applications and software

13 Deliver regular and customized training to teams within the NHC

14 Prepare maintenance plans and upgrade schedules for the NHC’s systems

15 Ability to translate HR business requirements into system solutions and process improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION PREREQUISITES

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 2-3+ Years of experience in a related field
