Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Analyze and interpret data to understand trends, impacts, and potential areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet business objectives.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system functionalities, and user procedures.
• Assist in the testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
• Support project management activities related to business analysis initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
