Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys
• Analyze and interpret data to understand trends, impacts, and potential areas for improvement
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet business objectives
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system functionalities, and user procedures
• Assist in the testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Proficient in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
