Job Purpose:

Supporting data analysis efforts to drive performance improvement and strategic decision-making within the organization. With a general understanding of logistics and scheduling, the analyst will utilize their data analysis background and to extract insights from data and provide valuable recommendations.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Data Analysis:

Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and performance improvement.

Apply statistical techniques and data visualization to present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Assist in competitor analysis by monitoring their strategies, offerings, and market positioning.

Assist in developing and maintaining data-driven dashboards and visualizations to facilitate decision-making


  • Financial and Operational Analysis:

Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting by analyzing financial data and identifying areas for cost savings, revenue enhancement, and efficiency improvements.

Evaluate operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in line with business objectives.


  • Logistics and Scheduling Support:

Apply a general understanding of logistics and scheduling concepts to support decision-making related to supply chain management, transportation, and resource allocation.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient scheduling and optimize operational processes.


Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration

0-2 years of experience in a data analysis role or related field, general understanding of logistics and scheduling concepts
