GENERAL PURPOSE:

The purpose of this position to coordinate with concerned department for strong business partnering and services, and take care of People & Culture related ISO compliance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORTIES:

  • Resume Shortlisting, Scheduling and Interviewing of candidates for the following positions:
  • Emergency Medical Technician
  • Emergency Vehicle Operator
  • Station Coordinator
  • Medical Officer
  • Health Advisor and Information Officer,
  • Emergency Medical Dispatcher
  • Analysts, etc.
  • Onboarding of new employees including performing their orientation and documentation
  • Creating and maintaining employee files
  • Induction of new employees in HRIS, including complete details of spouse & children & Bank Account details)
  • Digitalization of HR Records (Audit, Files, Policies and Procedures)
  • Shadowing for Legal and Employee Relations matters and documentation

HR Business Partnering

  • Handle staff needs such as processing staff loans, advance salaries, transfers, providing experience letters, and salary certificates.
  • Responsible for incorporation of changes in payroll and leave management.
  • Guide Grade 10 and Grade 11 staff members on human resource policies and procedures of the organization.
  • Offer assistance and provide details regarding programs and services such as employee support in terms of managing work/life related problems.

People & Culture Services:

  • Any other task assigned by the Line Manager and Head of HR.
  • To be the first point of contact for employees M-10 and below grade for resolving any HR Services related issue such as leave and employee concerns

Quality Assurance Management

  • Participate in audit of SIEHS staff as HR representative.
  • To ensure all relevant documents are updated and controlled by QA.
  • To ensure that employees personal files are maintained as per the ISO & Internal/ External audit requirements.
  • Update records on the basis of audit findings & share updated/ amended records with QA.

  • Certification for Participation ISO9001-2015 Understanding.

Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HRM

Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience is must

Age: Minimum 25 years

Gender: Female

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
