JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Analyst / Sr. Analyst - JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group
Work Location: Gurgaon

ROLE: Carry out research and advisory work for hospitality related assignments on behalf of JLL’s clients, ensure high-quality output, and provide business development support, when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree in hospitality with around 2 - 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry or a Masters degree in Business Administration/ Masters in Urban Planning/ Masters in Finance • Strong analytical skills and writing abilities • Willingness to travel frequently for projects • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the preparation of advisory assignments for hotels, resorts and mixed-use projects across India and international markets, when required.
• To gather appropriate research data, both during field-visits and desk-top research, in accordance with project requirements, and analyze that data and interpret it in the context of the project.
• Compile and up-date JLL data bases with detailed market intelligence and data available in the hospitality industry, for markets across India
• Track current trends and important developments in the hospitality industry.
• Assist with pitches for new business and preparing client proposals
• Supporting senior colleagues in Operator Selection and Hotel transaction mandates
