Analytics Lead

Key Requirements:

Client Engagement Experience: Proficiency in requirement gathering and client management.

Project/Delivery Management Experience: Proven track record in managing projects and ensuring timely delivery.

Team Management(+2 year): Experience in managing a team of at least 3 people.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts ( Performing analysis on top of DWH)

Expertise in SQL and proficiency in any programming language.

Basic Knowledge of Data Engineering/Business Intelligence: Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration.

Experience with startups and fast-paced environments is a must

Proactiveness and eagerness to grow

Nice to have:

Lean Six Sigma: Quality, Process, Root Causing, Hypothesis Testing etc.

Contact Center Experience: Familiarity with contact center operations and analytics.
