Anesthesia Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and skilled Female Anaesthesia Technician to join our Ortho-One. The ideal candidate will assist anesthesiologists during surgical and medical procedures, ensure proper functioning of anaesthesia equipment, and help maintain patient safety standards in the operation theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist anaesthesiologists in preparing and administering anaesthesia to patients.
• Set up, operate, and maintain anaesthesia machines and related equipment.
• Monitor patient responses during and after anaesthesia.
• Maintain accurate records of anaesthetic procedures and equipment usage.
• Ensure all anaesthesia equipment is sterilized, calibrated, and functioning properly.
• Follow Ortho-One safety and infection control protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Sc in Anaesthesia Technology
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience assisting in anaesthesia services in hospitals or operation theatres.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining anaesthesia equipment.

Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols.
