Animal Health Sales Representative

Lahore, Pakistan

The Opportunity

We are hiring three Sales Representatives to join our Animal Health Business in Pakistan with each role based in the key cities of Karachi, Lahore, and Multan .

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales/marketing plans and tactics to assure maximum sales and market penetration within company guidelines, policies and directives with key targeted customers. The job holder will report directly to the Area Commercial Manager.



Responsibilities

  • Maintains and utilizes expert product knowledge and highly effective selling skills in order to influence targeted animal health care professionals (AHCP) to support the use of promoted products
  • Execute an effective Sales Action Plan with the objective of building and sustain long-term customer partnerships with key accounts that create mutual value
  • Builds and maintains strong AHCP relationships through timely follow-ups, effective communication, and the use of sales techniques that support informed decision-making
  • Analyzes territory data and market conditions to optimize AHCP engagement, develop annual business plans, and align activities with both territory and brand strategies
  • Uses CRM tools for planning, reporting, and maintaining records
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and fulfill all Sales Training requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience
  • Previous animal health experience preferred
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license and willing to travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Customer-focused and able to take initiative
