Animated Video Production Project Manager (Remote | Commission-Based)

We’re looking for a detail-loving, proactive Project Manager to join our remote team. Cherry on top? You have medical project experience. Be sure to mention this!

This is a commission-based role, where your earnings are tied to the budget of each project you manage, perfect for someone who thrives on ownership and results.

Due to the nature of our business and client-driven needs, workload may vary from week to week. Periods of high activity and multiple active projects may be followed by slower periods with fewer assignments.

What You’ll Do - Project & Time Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively
• Track time and project activity accurately using QuickBooks Time and a Personal Production Sheet
• Maintain clear, organized workflows from kickoff to completion

Timeline & Workflow Coordination

• Oversee project timelines, edits, and deliverables
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks before they become problems

Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate consistently with other Project Managers, Director of Production, Leadership and other members of the production team
• Participate and often Lead:
• Client Zoom calls (with detailed note-taking)
• Participate and sometimes Lead:
• Production Team stand-ups
• Act as the bridge between clients and the internal team
• Ability to have crucial conversations with production team members when needed
• Offer superior Client Service. We want to exceed expectations.

Quality Assurance & Deliverables

• Review deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality
• Catch the small details others might miss (yes—being picky is a superpower here)
• Perform QA tasks as assigned by the Director of Production or QA Assistant Manager

Creative & Strategic Input

• Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback on creative deliverables
• Use data insights to improve efficiency and decision-making
• Contribute ideas to enhance processes, workflows, and team performance

Tools & Systems

• Work confidently within:
• Asana & Basecamp
• Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
• Dropbox
• Adobe tools

Growth & Additional Responsibilities

• Support team development through new ideas and process improvements
• Take on additional PM and SPC-related tasks as needed

• Experience managing medical or healthcare-related projects
• Background in the medical field or working with healthcare clients
