Which tasks is the " International Apparel&Accessories Category Manager" responsible for at FLO?


  • Managing apparel & accesories category for In Street, Nine West, Lumberjack, and Reebok stores within the FLO Group
  • Supporting the creation of collections by determining seasonal trends, needs, and customer profiles
  • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to make data driven decisions
  • Develop brand/product strategies with the right brand/product mix, pricing and costing to achieve sales and margin targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international sports brands
  • Monitor weekly trade performance, sales / stock health and sell-through rates by brand
  • Working closely with planning, pricing, Visual merchandising, sales, brand and marketing teams within the company
  • Lead & develop category team


If you believe this job description is suitable for you, and;


  • If you have a bachelor's degree from a relevant university (preferably in business administration, industrial engineering, textile engineering, ..)
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in category management, planning, purchasing, and commercial roles in the retail industry,
  • Have apparel and accessory category product knowledge (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
  • Keep up with fashion and trends,
  • Have advanced level of English,
  • Strong excel skills
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
