We are looking for a detail-oriented Apparels Human Resource Specialist to join our dynamic team at MIRA GROUP. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR practices specifically within the apparel industry, with a keen understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process for apparel professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance management.
  • Manage on boarding processes and training programs tailored to the apparel division.
  • Maintain and update personnel records, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with regulations.
  • Facilitate employee relations, addressing issues, concerns, and grievances professionally.
  • Support the development of workforce planning initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the apparel sector.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, HR best practices, and regulations impacting the apparel market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, ideally within the apparel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee development, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
