Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment and selection process for apparel professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Manage on boarding processes and training programs tailored to the apparel division.
- Maintain and update personnel records, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Facilitate employee relations, addressing issues, concerns, and grievances professionally.
- Support the development of workforce planning initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the apparel sector.
- Stay informed about industry trends, HR best practices, and regulations impacting the apparel market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, ideally within the apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee development, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
