Application & After sales Engineer

Location: SITE Area Karachi

Candidate should possess qualification of Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics and have 2-3 years of experience in the same field

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical after-sales support for solar inverters and lithium battery systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to inverters, BMS, lithium battery packs, and communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, RS485).
• Hands-on experience with testing tools (multimeter, clamp meter, software tools).
• Conduct on-site visits for installation, commissioning support, and fault rectification.
• Assist customers remotely through phone, email, or online platforms.
• Analyze fault data, logs, and register values to identify root causes.
• Coordinate warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to installers, distributors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
