We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Application Support Engineer to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for company software applications (Clinic & Pharmacy Management Systems)
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software at client locations
• Travel across the UAE for software demos, training, and support
• Provide after-duty hours (on-call) support when required
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with the development team for issue escalation
• Maintain proper documentation of support activities

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 1 year UAE experience (added advantage)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct live application demos confidently
• Willingness to travel across the UAE
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of networking and database concepts is preferred
