Application Support Engineer with (government Entity)

� Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise/government IT systems.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues raised via ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, etc.).
Write, debug, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries; generate reports (Excel/CSV/PDF).
Document recurring issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
Support walk-in clients, ensuring clear communication in Arabic and English.
Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
