We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Application Support Executive to support our healthcare application used by clients in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in application support, customer handling, and healthcare domain knowledge, with strong communication skills to interact with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 application support for healthcare software used by U.S.-based clients
- Handle customer queries, issues, and incidents via email, chat, and calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, workflows, and data
- Log, track, and manage tickets using tools such as Jira and/or Zoho Desk
- Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams for issue resolution
- Assist users with onboarding, training, and system usage guidance
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA anddata privacy standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Application Support / Customer Support (preferably U.S. clients)
- Experience working with healthcare applications or systems (EHR/EMR, telehealth, etc.)
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory for U.S. client interaction)
- Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or system logs (preferred)
- Comfortable working in US time zones / shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems
- Exposure to cloud-based healthcare platforms
- Prior experience in remote support environments
