Junior Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Follow company guidelines and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Previous experience in international campaigns (BPO/call center preferred)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
