You will serve as a technical consultant and primary liaison for Trimble Materials, leveraging AI-powered tools to solve complex puzzles that directly impact the productivity of global construction leaders.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Solve Technical Puzzles: Act as the primary liaison to resolve high-level software issues for construction accounting and project management platforms.
Leverage Next-Gen AI: Utilize and develop content for AI-driven tools to analyze customer issues and expedite innovative resolutions.
Partner with Global Leaders: Monitor and document critical customer interactions in our CRM, ensuring a seamless and empathetic support experience.
Shape the Knowledge Base: Contribute to the evolution of our support ecosystem by creating expert content for AI-based case resolution.
Essential Skills & Experience
Technical Troubleshooting: Proven ability to master complex software products quickly and communicate technical concepts to individuals with varied backgrounds.
Customer Empathy: Exceptional active listening skills with a natural ability to defuse high-pressure situations and maintain a service-oriented mindset.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality and ensuring timely solutions to customer issues.
AI Literacy: A basic understanding of AI agents and a willingness to use AI tools to drive case handling efficiency.
