About the Role:
The role will be responsible for providing pre-sales support to clients on product trainings and demonstrations during the sales and after sales process. The role involves optimal assistance to customers for problem solving and education on effective product usage and maintenance.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Carry out the demonstration of the machines / equipment at the client site and provide appropriate training to clients on product usage and maintenance.
- Deliver the post sales product / technical training to clients, highlighting required maintenance, effective usage and all other required information.
- Provide regular trainings and updates to clients ensuring they are aware of all updated parameters on the machines.
- Improve and update the training material, user manuals, maintenance manuals and process manuals provided by suppliers as and when updates and changes are required.
- Respond quickly and effectively to customer application enquiries and requests and ensure effective solutions for the same.
- Maintain regular contact with suppliers for issues that need resolving.
- Investigate, document and resolve assigned customer concerns reported.
- Maintain the schedules and logs of all trainings and demonstrations provided to clients.
- Attend and obtain trainings provided by suppliers to maintain updated technical knowledge about the machines and equipment.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending exhibitions and other professional events and seminars.
- Attend all professional events, conferences and conventions that the company participates in, to provide demonstrations of machines exhibited.
- Take feedback from clients regarding their product requirements, usage and maintenance and communicate their requirements/issues to the reporting manager and suppliers for necessary action and improvement.
- Be a valuable resource to internal and external customers with respect to product technical information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification & experience required:
- Engineering degree in Biomedical or Medical/Pharmacy/Nursing
- 2 years of experience working with medical devices
- Successful previous experience as an Applications Specialist
- Valid UAE driver’s license & Car.
