Job Description

We are seeking a LEEA Certified Appointed Person for Lifting Operations to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all lifting operations in compliance with UAE regulations, ADNOC requirements, and international lifting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize lifting operations safely and efficiently.
• Prepare lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Ensure all lifting equipment is certified and fit for use.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site supervisors to ensure safe lifting execution.
• Monitor on-site activities and ensure compliance with HSE and LEEA lifting standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings prior to lifting operations.
• Liaise with clients and safety officers to obtain necessary work permits and approvals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid LEEA Certification (Appointed Person for Lifting Operations).
• ADNOC / EIAC / Third-party approval preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Civil / Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in lifting operations within construction or oil & gas sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE lifting regulations and HSE requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
