About Us
We are a custom web and software development company helping businesses build websites, apps, and tailored software solutions. To expand our client base, we’re hiring an experienced Outbound SDR / Lead Generation Specialist who can manage the entire prospecting process and consistently book qualified meetings for our sales team. You’ll also create LinkedIn content to warm up our network and support ongoing outreach.
Your Role
- Understand our services and unique value propositions.
- Research and define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and cold email.
- Write personalized messages (connection requests, follow-ups, emails) to engage decision-makers.
- Nurture conversations, handle objections, and secure qualified appointments for our closer (you won’t attend calls).
- Suggest and test entry offers (e.g., free audits, strategy sessions) to improve response rates.
- Share new client acquisition ideas and strategies with management.
- Create and post short, value-driven LinkedIn content to engage and warm up prospects.
- Consistently track outreach activity, responses, and booked meetings in CRM or spreadsheets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B LinkedIn outreach, cold email prospecting, and appointment setting.
- Demonstrated ability to book meetings with decision-makers in a B2B environment.
- Excellent written English and persuasive copywriting skills.
- Experience creating or repurposing LinkedIn posts for B2B audiences.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly.ai, etc.).
- Strategic mindset — able to propose outreach angles and offers, not just follow scripts.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and organized — able to stay consistent despite low response rates.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
