Job Title: Lead Generation & Social Media Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Hybrid - Office/Remote)
Salary: PKR 70,000 - PKR 80,000 per month

Hours: 4 AM - 12 PM PKT, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation & Social Media Specialist to drive our lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for expanding our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram, executing strategic outreach campaigns, and setting appointments with potential Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute end-to-end lead generation, including prospect research, personalized outreach, and lead qualification.
• Skillfully set and manage appointments for sales calls.
• Grow our social media presence on LinkedIn and Instagram through content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Provide sales support by preparing briefing notes, assisting with email marketing, and creating professional proposals and reports.
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline content and administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, and appointment setting.
• Strong English fluency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn and Instagram for business.
• Proficiency with AI tools and social media management platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Tools & Platforms (Preferred):

• LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), Instagram
• Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite
• Microsoft Office Suite, Canva
• CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)

Other Requirements:

• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote work setup.
• Availability to work Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
• Familiarity with the Australian market is a strong plus.
