- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Generate leads from platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and job portals.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Skrapp.io, ZoomInfo, ContactOut, and similar tools for prospecting.
- Conduct targeted outreach campaigns via email marketing and customized proposals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support business growth.
- Profile & Proposal Management
- Manage and optimize Upwork, Fiverr, and other job portal profiles for maximum visibility and lead conversion.
- Draft high-quality, customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Ensure timely application and follow-ups on relevant projects and RFPs.
- Client Engagement & Appointment Setting
- Act as an appointment setter with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews/meetings between clients and developers.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Business Development & Sales Operations
- Work on staff augmentation projects to identify and place skilled talent.
- Manage CRM systems (GHL and others) to track leads, opportunities, and client communications.
- Support both B2B and B2C business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, job portals, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (GHL, HubSpot, etc.).
- Proficiency in lead generation tools like Apollo, Skrapp.io, ZoomInfo, ContactOut.
- Excellent proposal writing and email marketing skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience working in staff augmentation and IT services industry is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
