Job Title: Appointment Setter – Airbnb Co-hosting Agency

About Us:

We are a fast-growing Airbnb Co-hosting Agency that helps property owners maximize their rental income by managing everything from guest communication and bookings to cleaning, maintenance, and pricing optimization. We are now looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team and help us connect with property owners and convert leads into scheduled appointments.

Job Overview:

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential Airbnb hosts, long-term rental property owners, and landlords. Your main role will be to introduce our services, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team to present our co-hosting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with leads to generate interest in our Airbnb co-hosting services.
• Use skip-tracing data and other lead lists to identify potential property owners.
• Engage in conversations to qualify prospects by understanding their rental situation and needs.
• Schedule appointments for the sales/closing team through Google Meet, Zoom, or phone calls.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and scheduled appointments in CRM/Excel.
• Follow up with no-shows and reschedule when necessary.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls and appointments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or cold calling (real estate or Airbnb industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage leads effectively.
• Familiarity with VoIP tools, CRM systems, or dialers is preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Fresher or experience uptill 1 Year are preferred.
