Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Setter, remotely located, but preferred in Palm Desert/Coachella Valley, Riverside, and Orange County. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, reaching out to potential leads, confirming meetings, and ensuring an efficient booking process. The role also includes engaging with clients professionally, collaborating with team members, and maintaining accurate records of all appointments and communications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Experience in Lead Generation and client prospecting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Prior experience in similar roles is a plus
