Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospects via calls, LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain CRM records with updated client interactions.
  • Follow up with potential clients to confirm meetings.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and Upwork lead generation.
