Job Title: Appointment Setter / Business Development Associate (Design Agency)

Job Type: 40,000/- pkr+ Uncapped Commission per Qualified Appointment

​DigitX is a high-end design agency specializing in Brand Identity, UI/UX and Digital Transformation. We help businesses stand out through strategic design. We are looking for a high-energy, articulate Appointment Setter to help us connect with possibke clients.

The Role

​This is a "front-line" sales role. Your primary goal is to perform outbound cold calls to a provided list of leads, qualify their design needs, and schedule a discovery call for our Design Director. You aren't closing the sale; you are selling the meeting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling: Perform 80-100 outbound calls per day to prospects.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify if a business has a genuine need for design services (rebranding, new website, etc.).
  • Appointment Setting: Successfully book discovery meetings into our team's calendar.
  • CRM Management: Update lead status on google workspace
  • Objection Handling: Confidently navigate "gatekeepers" and handle common sales rejections.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: At least 1 year in cold calling or telemarketing (B2B experience preferred).
  • Fluent English: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional, "consultative" tone.
  • Design Lite Knowledge: You don't need to be a designer, but you should be able to discuss the value of branding and digital presence.
  • Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude, you see a "no" as one step closer to a "yes."
  • Tech Savvy: Familiar with Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM tools.
