BD - Upwork Bidder

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Upwork Bidder to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of strategic bidding, writing persuasive and customized proposals, and managing client communications to successfully close deals.

As a key representative of XtreemeTech, you will manage our presence on Upwork and potentially other freelancing platforms such as Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Bidding

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork in areas such as AI, Web Development, Mobile Apps, Chatbots, Automation, and Digital Marketing
• Analyze client requirements and shortlist high-potential projects
• Write custom, persuasive, and tailored proposals for each job post (no templates)
• Set up job alerts and continuously optimize bidding strategies to improve win rate

Client Communication

• Handle professional written and verbal communication with potential clients
• Ask intelligent and relevant questions to clearly understand project scope
• Participate in video calls to build trust and convert leads into clients
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure deal closures

Documentation & Project Coordination

• Maintain a proper record of bids, responses, and sales pipeline updates
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for project estimates and timelines
• Assist in preparing proposals, onboarding documents, and presentations when required

Must-Have Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience bidding on Upwork with a proven track record of independently winning projects
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of IT services such as AI/ML, SaaS, Web & Mobile Development, Chatbots, Automation, SEO, and Digital Advertising
• Proven ability to write highly personalized proposals aligned with client needs (no copy-paste bidding)

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 per month

Commission: 2.5% – 5% (depending upon experience and expertise)
