About the Opportunity

We partner with Senior Living Communities, Assisted Living Communities, Memory Care Communities and Independent Living Facilities throughout California to provide Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) services for eligible Medicare Part B residents. Our program includes medical testing and monitoring devices at no cost to the patient/community depending on eligibility.

We’re hiring a commission-based Appointment Setter to research leads and book qualified partnership meetings with senior living decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

  • Build your own lead list of California area Senior Living Communities (Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, etc.)
  • Identify and reach the right contacts (titles vary): Executive Director, Administrator, Activities Director, Community Relations/Marketing Director, Wellness Director, Resident Care/Resident Services, Director of Nursing
  • Outbound outreach primarily by phone; social media outreach is encouraged (LinkedIn/Facebook community pages, etc.)
  • Deliver a concise value proposition about our RPM/CCM program for Medicare Part B residents
  • Qualify basic fit and interest (resident mix, Medicare volume, current programs, decision process, timeline)
  • Book 30-minute meetings with our Business Development team using Outlook
  • Coordinate internally via Microsoft Teams
  • Confirm meetings, send reminders, and follow up to minimize no-shows
  • Track activity and outcomes (simple CRM/spreadsheet acceptable)

What Counts as a Qualified Appointment

A qualified appointment is:

  • A 30-minute meeting booked in Outlook with our Business Development team
  • Scheduled with a decision-maker or key influencer (or a confirmed path to the decision-maker) and that was attended
  • The contact confirms interest in evaluating RPM/CCM for their Medicare Part B residents
  • Includes accurate contact details and basic qualification notes

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in B2B appointment setting / cold calling (healthcare/senior living strongly preferred)
  • Confident speaking with senior leadership and care/clinical stakeholders
  • Self-starter who can manage research + outreach + follow-up without heavy oversight
  • Comfortable with Outlook scheduling and Teams communication
  • Professional, persistent, and metrics-driven

Compensation (Hourly plus Commission)

  • Commission paid per qualified appointment set and attended meetings
  • Performance tiers/bonuses may be available based on volume and show rate 
(Commission amounts to be provided.)

Location / Schedule

  • Remote
  • Outreach should align with Pacific Time business hours
  • Contract/1099 (or equivalent)
