Role Overview

As an Appointment Setter, your role is to:

  • Reach out to potential clients
  • Start conversations and build initial interest
  • Qualify prospects
  • Book appointments for our sales team

You will be the first point of contact, playing a key role in driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, social media, and/or email
  • Engage with prospects in a professional and confident manner
  • Ask qualifying questions to identify potential clients
  • Schedule appointments directly into our calendar
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
  • Meet daily and weekly activity targets

Performance Expectations

  • Consistent daily outreach activity
  • Ability to generate and manage multiple conversations
  • Regular booking of qualified appointments

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable speaking with new people daily
  • Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection
  • Organized and able to manage follow-ups
  • Prior sales, call center, or outreach experience is a plus (not required)
