Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist based in Lahore. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for Wyder Estimation. This includes researching potential leads, managing outreach efforts, maintaining a prospect database, and engaging with prospective clients to present the company’s services. The role also involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead conversion goals and contribute to business growth. Qualifications Experience in identifying and generating New Leads and building a pipeline of prospects Proficiency in Lead Generation technologies, tools, and techniques Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated ability in Sales and client engagement processes Strong Research capabilities to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently on tasks Prior experience in the construction or estimation industry is a significant advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
