Sales Development Representative (Outbound) - Remote

Fast-growing US-facing marketing/IT agency with Wyoming LLC. We deliver digital marketing and IT solutions to SMBs. Strong closing team ready—you fuel the pipeline.

Role Overview:
Full-time remote (Karachi timezone, night shifts for US). Generate leads from multiple sources beyond Apollo (LinkedIn Sales Nav, Google searches, Facebook groups, cold databases). Book maximum qualified appointments (target: 20-25/month) with high show-up rates via follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 100-150 daily outreaches: calls (GHL dialer), emails (Apollo sequences), LinkedIn messages, WhatsApp.
  • Source fresh leads daily: Apollo + LinkedIn, FB groups, Google "e-com owners US", directories—aim for 500+ new prospects/week.
  • Qualify via BANT; book meetings for our closer (you).
  • Maximize show-ups: 3-touch follow-ups (email/call/text). Log everything in GHL CRM.
  • Daily/weekly reports: connects, meetings booked, show rates.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years cold calling/SDR/call center (US-facing preferred).
  • Fluent US English, home setup (laptop, headset, stable internet).
  • Night shift OK (8 PM-4 AM PKT). Self-motivated, hits quotas remotely.

Compensation (OTE PKR 120K-200K/month):

  • Base: PKR 60K/month.
  • PKR 1,000 per booked/accepted meeting (verified show-up).
  • PKR 10K bonus at 25 meetings/month; uncapped overage.
  • Paid training, career path to Closer role.
