We're a fast-growing B2B cold email and SMS lead generation agency helping marketing agencies book 10–20 qualified sales calls every month. We run high-volume outbound campaigns across multiple client accounts and we're obsessed with speed, precision, and results.

About the Role

When a lead replies you reply within 2–5 minutes. That's the job.

You'll own the reply layer across multiple client inboxes, convert warm leads into booked calls, follow up relentlessly, and keep everything updated. Our automation handles the sequences, you handle the human touchpoints that close the loop.

We've built a proprietary master inbox that pulls all replies from every email and SMS campaign into one place, no tab-switching, no chaos. Just one clean system built for speed and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Reply to all leads within 2–5 minutes during shift hours
• Book calls directly onto client calendars and brief the client on each lead
• Follow up with cold and unresponsive leads on a recurring basis until they opt out
• Keep CRM lead statuses and categories updated in real time
• Manage and contribute to improving reply templates and workflows
• Collaborate with the team to streamline and automate inbox processes

• Tech-comfortable: Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs are second nature

Requirements

• Strong written English - non-negotiable
• Background in appointment setting, sales, BPO, or client communication
• Available for full shift: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT, Mon–Fri
• Able to commute 3 days/week to I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi
• Cold email or lead gen experience is a plus (training provided)
