Role Overview
This role is 100% outbound cold calling no warm inbound calls and no customer service. You will be responsible for generating conversations, qualifying interested law firms, and booking scheduled meetings with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily to U.S. and Canadian law firms
- Use our scripts, workflows, and dialer to contact firms efficiently
- Qualify leads based on budget, hiring needs, and business model
- Book sales meetings with founders or sales representatives
- Update and maintain CRM records accurately
- Follow structured outreach sequences including voicemail, email follow-ups, and LinkedIn messages
- Hit weekly and monthly targets for qualified meetings booked
- A Meeting Counts as Qualified Only If:
- The law firm is based in the U.S. or Canada
- They hire (or plan to hire) intake, paralegal, legal admin, billing, or support roles
- They confirm budget capacity
- They understand we provide remote staffing
- They attend the booked meeting
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven appointment setting or SDR experience (preferably with U.S. or Canadian clients
- Experience calling law firms is strongly preferred
- Excellent spoken English — confident, clear, and professional
- Experience using:
- CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.)
- Autodialers (e.g., Kixie, Aircall, Five9, Dialpad Sales)
- Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and not robotic
- Persistence and resilience — must be comfortable with rejection
- Strong organization and follow-up discipline
