Appointment Setter (Roofing Specialist)

Pinnacle Enterprises is hiring for its fast-growing roofing business based in the United States.
We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join a dedicated
on-site team at our Karachi office. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a

roofing industry.
Role Overview
As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to
homeowners in the US, qualify leads, and set appointments for free roof inspections. Candidates
with prior closing experience will have the additional opportunity to manage deals from start to
finish, earning performance-based commissions on completed roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities
 Conduct outbound calls to US-based homeowners using provided data
 Qualify leads by confirming through provided survey questions.
 Schedule appointments for free roof inspections following a proven, efficient call script
 Complete appointment-setting calls within a target timeframe for maximum productivity
 For experienced closers: manage a book of business and coordinate between homeowners
and internal teams to push deals through to completion
 Maintain accurate records using the CRM system for lead tracking, nurturing, and
documentation
 Utilize the auto-dialer and other provided tools to maximize daily call output
Who We Are Looking For
 Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a call center environment
 Prior experience in the roofing or insurance industry is a strong advantage
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
 Familiarity with CRM platforms and auto-dialers is a plus
