What You’ll Do at Synorise

As a Sales Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in our growth by:

• Identifying and contacting potential clients in the US construction sector.
• Scheduling qualified sales appointments with key decision-makers.
• Promoting our specialized cost estimation services via outbound calls and emails.
• Building rapport and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects.
• Managing and updating CRM systems with lead and call activity.
• Following up consistently with leads to nurture interest and close opportunities.
• Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in US-based B2B sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.
• Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong persuasive skills.
• Confidence: Comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and closing appointments.
• Motivation: Goal-driven, self-starter, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
