AR Executive – US Healthcare

Job Description

We are looking for an AR Executive to manage insurance follow-ups, denial resolution, and accounts receivable for US healthcare clients. The role involves working with US insurance payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on unpaid, denied, and underpaid medical claims
• Analyze EOBs/ERAs and identify discrepancies
• Resolve claim denials and resubmit claims as required
• Work on AR aging buckets to reduce outstanding balances
• Communicate with US insurance payers via calls and portals
• Coordinate with billing and coding teams for issue resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation in billing systems
• Meet productivity, quality, and TAT targets
