AR Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RCM / AR Specialist with hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Accounts Receivable, and Business Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end AR processes while also supporting client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesRCM / AR Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) for medical billing clients
• Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims with insurance companies
• Analyze EOBs/ERAs, resolve claim denials, and ensure timely reimbursements
• Monitor AR aging reports and reduce Days in AR
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and healthcare regulations
• Coordinate with coding, billing, and credentialing teams to resolve issues
• Prepare AR performance reports and present insights to management

Business Development Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities
• Support client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships
• Participate in sales calls, demos, and proposal preparation
• Conduct market research to identify potential healthcare clients
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and service expansion
• Upsell and cross-sell RCM services to existing clients

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in RCM / AR / Medical Billing
• Working knowledge of US healthcare payers, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
• Experience in client handling or business development within healthcare
• Strong understanding of denial management and AR follow-ups
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in RCM software, EHRs, and MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in RCM sales or healthcare business development
• Knowledge of multiple specialties (e.g., Family Practice, DME, Behavioral Health)
• Experience working with US-based healthcare clients

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
