To support our growth in Islamabad and surrounding markets, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to expand our B2B presence and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Job Description

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities through corporate sales, project-based clients, and strategic partnerships. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, market insight, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, hospitality, residential projects, and institutional sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and contractors
  • Generate and manage B2B leads from prospecting to deal closure
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with sales and design teams
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
  • Represent Enza Home at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and conversions using CRM or internal systems
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed projects
  • Provide regular performance and market insight reports to management

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or key account management
  • Experience in furniture, interiors, real estate, or luxury retail will be a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with a target-driven approach
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits
