Arab Team Leader - Secondary Market

Role Overview:As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and driving a high-performing sales team while actively closing deals and growing market share.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in Dubai secondary real estate market

Proven experience as a Team Leader / Senior Broker

Existing team is a strong advantage

Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills

Fluent in Arabic & English

In-depth knowledge of Dubai areas, pricing, and market trends

RERA certified

Target-driven with a strong closing mentality
