Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Arabic Coordinator with excellent Arabic drafting skills to support communication, coordination, and documentation efforts within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting professional documents in Arabic, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project and communication workflows in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and edit high-quality Arabic documents, letters, reports, emails, and presentations.
- Translate documents from English to Arabic and vice versa as needed.
- Coordinate with departments, clients, or partners to ensure timely delivery of information and documents.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate Arabic and English meeting minutes.
- Manage and maintain Arabic content for internal and external communication platforms.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, and other official correspondence in Arabic.
- Ensure compliance with the organization’s communication standards and protocols.
- Act as a liaison between Arabic-speaking stakeholders and internal teams.
- Support event planning, logistics, and communications for Arabic-speaking participants.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all Arabic documents.
