Arabic Customer Service Representative

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a customer-focused and bilingual Arabic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and providing excellent service in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in Arabic and English.
  • Assist customers with product or service information, complaints, and requests.
  • Resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately record and update customer information in the system.
  • Coordinate with other departments to follow up on pending cases.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Adhere to company policies and service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Good computer skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
