Arabic Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

The Arabic Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing customer communication, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tenders
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
  • Maintain and update sales records, CRM systems, and customer databases

Customer Coordination

  • Communicate with Arabic-speaking clients to handle inquiries and provide product information
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Order & Documentation Management

  • Process sales orders, invoices, and shipping documents
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations
  • Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues

Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
  • Support the sales team with scheduling meetings and preparing presentations
  • Handle correspondence and documentation in both Arabic and English

RequirementsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service (preferably in scientific/medical sector)

Skills

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in laboratory, healthcare, or scientific product sales
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation and logistics
  • Familiarity with GCC market dynamics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
