Arabic Secretary (Plastic Surgery Department)

Doha, Qatar

We are urgently seeking a well-experienced Arabic-speaking Secretary with prior experience working in a medical center, preferably in the Plastic Surgery Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally with patients and handle inquiries.
  • Coordinate and follow up on patient visits and appointments.
  • Manage important administrative matters as assigned.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ensure all tasks are well-organized and completed in a timely manner.
  • Directly report to the Plastic Surgeon.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a secretary in a medical center (plastic surgery experience is a strong advantage).
  • Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • With NOC
  • Can start as soon as possible
