Arabic Social Media Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to manage and execute our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role focuses on planning, scheduling, executing, and monitoring content while ensuring brand consistency and performance-driven results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the approved content calendar.
• Coordinate with the content creator, designers, and marketing team to ensure timely execution of content.
• Attend company shoots when required to support content execution and live posting.
• Ensure all content is published exactly as agreed in the content plan.
• Schedule shooting dates in coordination with internal teams and clients when required.
• Monitor engagement, comments, DMs, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
• Track performance, prepare basic reports, and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
• Attention to detail and strong execution skills.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
