Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager – Iraq to lead and execute marketing strategies across all Kudo Kudo branches in Iraq. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth while aligning local initiatives with global brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to the Iraqi market
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all communication channels
• Manage digital and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and execute local promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events
• Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and internal teams
• Oversee production of marketing materials and in-store branding
• Support customer loyalty initiatives and feedback programs
• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI
• Prepare regular marketing performance and KPI reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or F&B
• Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics

Skills & Competencies

• Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
• Creativity in campaign planning and brand storytelling
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
